Your password must be at least seven characters in length and contain at least three of the following:
European uppercase characters, European lowercase characters, base 10 digits,
or special characters, which are ~ ! @ # $ % ^ & * _ - + = ` | \ ( ) { } [ ] : ; " = ' < > , . ? / and spaces.
It can also include other non-European, alphabetic characters that cannot be characterized as upper or lowercase.
It cannot contain non-alphabetic characters not described above.
